With VQLog you can receive DX-Spots from several sources. WEB-Cluster, DX-Cluster, Packet cluster, etc) and additionally filter only those meaning a new (or not confirmed) DXCC or locator for you.
Reception of DX-Spots is made through the excellent program DXTelnet by Fabrizio Sartoni, that must be running
simultaneously in the PC. Spots received by DXTelnet
(DX-plorer) are sent to VQLog via DDE for their processing. (Alternatively
you can also use LiveMuf for DX-Spot reception).
NOTICE: Version 3.1 build 203 of VQLog implements the direct connection to DX-Cluster, so the use of DX-Telnet or Livemuf is no longer required to get the spots.
